Janette  McCulloch
Janette  trained as a mediator ten years ago with the London School of Psychotherapy. With a background in mediating neighbourhood disputes, these days most of her mediation work is in the workplace, and with young people caught up in the criminal justice system.

Janette has a Masters in Organisational Behaviour and finds this useful in understanding the territory between organisational issues and individual satisfaction and performance.

Her professional life has been inspired by sport and sport psychology and more  recently by mindfulness meditation, which she describes as a path to transparency in behaviour and relationships.

Janette has a particular interest in:
- Collaborative working between specialists and generalists, and in seeing how they can bring out the best in each other.
- Organisations in crisis
- Working with teams in conflict
- Facilitation of larger group events
- Training design & delivery; and Train theTrainers.
- Helping people bring their whole selves to work

Helena  Poldervaart
Helena has been working in mediation for 10 years. She is an experienced community mediator and has also specialised in mediation with older people in sheltered housing, and workplace mediation. She is also a trained restorative justice mediator.

Helena has had a varied career in the public and private sector. She runs her own  business  as facilitator, mediator and in partnership development, offering a range of skills and expertise:
- Consensus building
- Facilitation of small and large meetings
- Awaydays and team building
- Partnership development and governance
- Training
- One to one coaching and mentoring

Her clients include the Child Poverty Action
Group, Environment Agency, Greater London Authority, Family Action, Reading Borough Council, Energy Saving Trust,  British Youth Council, Transport for London, and the Health Services Staff Training Unit.

Jackie Miller 
Jackie is an experienced mediator and trainer who works in civil/commercial, workplace and community mediation. She is accredited as a civil/commercial  mediator with ADRg, RICS, SPCP. Jackie is experienced in managing complex multi-party disputes and has successfully  undertaken numerous workplace mediation assignments for individuals and for teams. She has significant experience of working with ethnically and culturally diverse groups.
 
Her mediation expertise is underpinned by 25 years as a teacher and senior manager in secondary education; this background has enabled her to build a strong reputation as a trainer in conflict avoidance and dispute resolution.  

Jackie's current work includes: ·     
- member of the DRS Faculty of Trainers and Assessors for RICS
- co-designer/lead  trainer for Talking Works (training 6th form students in mediation skills)   
- member of mediation panels, including Talk Mediation, Clerksroom    
- supervising mediator with Mediation Buckinghamshire 
- community mediator with Ealing Mediation Service

Cathy Warren
Cathy has been mediating for 20 years. Her mediation experience includes community, workplace, schools and
inter-organisational. She is an experienced trainer, restorative justice facilitator, and a BACP accredited counsellor with a thriving
coaching/counselling practice. 

Her early career was in organisation development in private and public sectors, and she has an MSc in Organisation Behaviour. She has written two books on the impact of restorative approaches in schools. For four years she managed 3 national mediation services for Age Concern England (now Age UK). This experience supports her work with organisations wishing to address  issues around conflict through training, coaching and mediating. She has been running fully-accredited courses for new mediators for 15 years.

Cathy gets most satisfaction from
helping people to find their own solutions to what seemed intractable problems.

Recent clients include: Age UK; the London boroughs of Lambeth, Lewisham and Wandsworth; various Housing Associations; Lambeth and Buckinghamshire Mediation Services.
